Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method used at the time of purchase or via an agreed method if applicable for Cash on Delivery orders.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
